This hotel has 120 guestrooms in a three-story building with staircases (no elevators) and exterior corridors. Rooms include separate living rooms and bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and washer/dryers. Balconies offer direct-ocean, partial-ocean, or courtyard views.

How do you get there? You must go to 27-C Colingny Plaza in Hilton Head. Cross the bridge, travel 3.5 miles. Take Cross Island Express, stay on Cross Island Express for 5.5 miles to Circle. Take second right off of Circle onto Pope Avenue. Travel for one mile, turn left past Coligny/Exxon, look for the flag pole and green awning for check in -- office is RH Realty.

Kitchen View
The kitchen was remodeled in December 2001 and is fully equipped with a new stove, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, new microwave, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils. There is also a new apartment-size washer/dryer, new 25" cable TV, new stereo/5 CD player, and a DVD player. The carpeting was replaced in December 2001, as was the floor in the kitchen and bath.
