Leamington Plantation in Hilton Head Island is an upscale private community within Palmetto Dunes that is accessed through gated security entrances on Highway 278 as well as access in Palmetto Dunes. It features 250+ single family homes / homesites, along with the new Oceanfront Townhomes at South Shore.

Greenwood Development Corporation, who created Palmetto Dunes and Palmetto Hall Plantation, designed the neighborhood in 1988.
